Returns & Exchanges
5 questionsYes. All non-customized stock goods in like-new condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A valid Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning an item. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
There is no restocking charge for standard sports equipment. A 15-20% restocking fee applies to certain non-stock items, including:
- Gym mats
- Large basketball systems
- Undecorated garments
Customized garments are not returnable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Yes. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost, both of which are non-refundable. Items must be returned with their original packaging, parts, manuals, and warranty documents. Missing items may result in a partial or refused return.
Customized products cannot be resold once personalized. Garments are not sellable after customization, so Marchants sends an art approval before proceeding with a customized apparel order. Please review it carefully before approving.
Email support@marchants.com to report damaged goods to customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Marchants will send a replacement as soon as possible, or customer service can discuss other options, including a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
5 questionsStandard delivery within Canada takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary by season. Non-stock items that must be sourced from a vendor can take up to 10 business days. Customer service will notify you of delays.
Contact Marchants immediately because some orders ship right away. Call 1-877-439-9400 or 416-439-9400, or email support@marchants.com. You may have up to 24 hours after placing an order to make changes. Additional reshipping charges may apply.
The item must first be returned to the Marchants warehouse before being shipped to the correct address. Reshipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If the product is lost at the wrong address, the customer will need to reorder at their own cost.
Yes. Pickup is available at 849 Progress Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M1H 2X4. You will receive a confirmation call or email when your order is ready. Product availability cannot be guaranteed before this confirmation.
Marchants ships to the USA but does not currently sell to USA-based clients through the website. Contact Marchants directly for USA orders. US shipments over $200 CAD may be subject to brokerage fees and duties. You will be notified before dispatch.
Orders & Products
1 questionFreight charges initially applied to an order, particularly for large and heavy items, are estimates. After the order is processed, Marchants will email the correct freight amount. Charges are based on product weight and size and the delivery destination.
Payments
1 questionMarchants accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Institutional and school board customers can contact Marchants directly to discuss invoicing options.
